SensoPart FT 25-RLAP

SensoPart expands its range of miniature sensors with the FT 25-RLAP, an advanced time-of-flight sensor that enables accurate distance measurement up to 1.5 metres in an ultra-compact housing. High measurement accuracy, even in challenging conditions

The FT 25-RLAP uses time-of-flight technology (ToF) and delivers reliable distance measurements regardless of the object's shape, colour or surface structure. Reflective clothing, shiny metals or flashing signal lights do not affect its performance. The result: consistent measurements and improved process stability.

Smart features for maximum flexibility

The sensor offers both an analogue output and a switching output, which can be configured independently.

Key smart features of the FT 25-RLAP:

  • Window mode excludes irrelevant measuring zones
  • Offset function enables quick recalibration using new reference points
  • Scalable analogue output (1–10 V) with two teach points
  • IO-Link v1.1.4 for advanced configuration, diagnostics and monitoring
  • Classified as laser class 1, which means it is safe to use without additional protective measures
