The new Smart Dot 50 Touch – signalling and control in one
The new Smart Dot 50 Touch from Auer Signal combines clear optical signalling with direct control via a capacitive touch function. The light is available as a tricolor version (Basic version) and a multicolor version (Standard version) and provides immediate visual feedback through color, making the status visible at a glance.
Reliable operation
The touch function responds reliably, even when operated with gloves, making this version suitable for environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the Food & Beverage industry. Thanks to the high luminous output of up to 4x more light the status remains clearly visible even in bright ambient light. Internal monitoring functions, such as limiting inrush currents and monitoring internal status, ensure reliable operation.
Easy replacement and fast integration
The Smart Dot 50 Touch is designed for installation in a standard M22 mounting hole (22 mm) and can therefore replace existing signal lights or push buttons one to one. For applications with a 30 mm mounting hole, an adapter is available, allowing existing installations to be easily adapted. The electrical connection is made via a 5-pin M12 connector. The robust design with protection classes up to IP69K makes the Smart Dot 50 Touch suitable for demanding industrial and hygienic environments.
