With the Smart Signalling 50, Auer Signal introduces a new series of signal lamps that excels in visibility, reliability and intelligent control. The series is designed for industrial applications where clear status indication is essential and where signalling must remain clearly visible under all conditions.
Retrofit and downwards compatible
The Smart Signalling 50 can be used as a direct replacement for existing signalling products. Thanks to the standard M22 mounting size (22.5 mm), this signal lamp is downwards compatible with most indicator lights, switches and push buttons in existing installations. No extra drilling, minimal training required, and easy integration into existing systems. Ideal for retrofit applications where speed and compatibility are key.
Exceptionally bright LED lighting

The Smart Signalling 50 uses powerful LED technology to deliver an exceptionally bright light signal (+ 21CD). In particular, the version with discrete LEDs (Basic line) shows a light output in tests that is up to four times higher than that of comparable signal lamps. The light signal remains clearly visible, even at greater distances or in bright ambient light.
Flexible control with IO-Link
Depending on the application, models are available with fixed colours or configurable multicolour LEDs. Thanks to IO-Link, colour assignments and signal characteristics, such as flashing frequency or brightness, can be configured. Adjustments can be made quickly and centrally, without the need for physical changes to the hardware. This makes the signal lamps highly flexible in use, for example in environments with changing production statuses or dynamic processes. Read more about signal lamps.
Robust and easy to integrate
All models in the series feature a durable housing and are equipped with an industrial M12 connector. This enables fast, secure and trouble-free installation, even in environments with dust, moisture or vibration. Thanks to the combination of high visibility, intelligent communication features and reliable construction, the Smart Signalling 50 series is widely applicable in fields such as machine building, intralogistics and industrial automation.
