SBV-01 - Inxpect
The SBV system from Inxpect is the first radar safety system that can detect multiple zones (MIMO: Multiple-Input Multiple-Output). The SBV system has a longer range, in contrast to the LBK system, and can detect persons from 0.5 metres to 5 metres. The LBK system has a range of 1.2 metres to a maximum of 4 metres.
4 different safety zones
Also, an SBV sensor can control four different safety zones, compared to the two zones controlled by an AHU radar sensor. The accuracy of the SBV bus system makes it suitable for the most complex static and mobile scenarios. Read more about the LBK radar system.
The SBV-01 radar sensor is linked to the ISC-B01 control unit. Six different radar sensors can be connected to this control unit. This makes it possible to fully secure a machine.
Dynamically selectable field of view
The field of view is dynamically selectable, both in range and in horizontal aperture (from 10 to 100 degrees in 10-degree steps). This makes the SBV sensor ideal for moving applications.
