An investment in the development of people
Renovation headquarters fortop
When the characteristic office in the Netherlands was opened in 2012, the team consisted of twelve employees. Nowadays, almost 40 people are working at fortop. We simply didn't fit in the building anymore. In April 2018, the construction of six extra shed roofs was started. That is almost finished now!
The headquarters now has much more space: eight offices, three meeting rooms and two silence rooms. The warehouse has about four times the size as before. Visitors can test products in the test room and the training room offers enough space for weekly training sessions, for people from in- and outside fortop. This was one of the goals of Harmen, Ton and Elisabeth: an investment in the development of people.
All department rooms are open, so it is easy for colleagues to walk in, which makes it easy to communicate with eachother. We want visitors to feel at home. People who follow a workshop or training are welcome through the entire building and if they want they can join the fortop team during lunchtime.
