Safety light curtains

Safety light curtains protect against unauthorized access of people to rooms and/or machines. A safety light curtain consists of at least two components, a transmitter and a receiver. It is possible to connect several light curtains to each other and to make use of a master/slave setup (cascade).

Safety PLC - Safety controller

A safety PLC or safety controller monitors various safety functions of safety light curtains, laser scanners, photocells, emergency stop buttons and two-hand operation in one flexible system. With free software it is easy to set up a security system.

Safety pull-wire switches

Pull-wire switches with safety functions are installed on machines to allow for an emergency stop over a larger distance. Activating the pull-wire switch triggers the safety mechanism. The extended pull cord enables the safeguarding of entire machine lines.

Safety position switches

Safety position switches monitor the position of components such as valves or detect the presence of objects. Unlike standard position switches, safety position switches are designed to comply with safety standards for a secure working environment.

Due to the cleaning process at a chicken processing plant, the paint slowly disappeared from the pull cord safety device. A plastic protection solved this!

Signal towers
