ELECTRONIC SWITCHES | SAFETY
When opening a safety device, the safety switch must stop a hazardous system such as machine movement or conveyor belt and prevent the dangerous installation from being started. The safety switch can communicate via different channels: electronic, magnetic, radio waves or by making physical contact between the transmitter and receiver.
Sabotage and manipulation
Manipulation of the safety device must be excluded here. For example, the safety sensor can ensure that the safety device can not be opened until the hazardous production process has been stopped. Once the safety device is closed, the safety switch ensures that the production process is resumed. The electronic safety switches are further explained below.

Electronic safety switch | S-Type | Mechan Controls
Mechan Controls S-Type is an electronic safety switch that works on the basis of Mechan's unique frequency control. The S-Type safety switches are safe, standalone, contactless safety switches with status display. The precise operation and switching ensure a reliable safety system.

APPLYING S-TYPE SAFETY SWITCHES
The S-Type safety switches can approach each other from most directions. When closed, the targets printed on the front face of the switches must be aligned. (Great target for big target and small target for small target). When the power is on and the switch and the actuator are apart, the normally open contact(s) will be open and the normally closed contact will be closed. When the actuator is brought within the specified switching distance, the normally open contact(s) will be closed and the normally closed contact will be opened.
The S-Type safety switches are available in 2 sizes, the SS-R and SS-C. And offer a variety of output contacts for different applications.
SS-R SAFETY SWITCHES
SS-R safety switches are stand-alone electronic, non-contact, safety switches. With 2NO + 1NC contacts, suitable for switching 2A at 30Vdc or 110Vac.
With sabotage-proof electronic circuitry, the SS-R are suitable for use with most safety relays. A two-color, built-in LED helps the user with a quick fault diagnosis. The SS-R safety switches are available with 3, 5, 6, 10 or 15 meters pre-wired cables that are fully sealed and suitable for use in most wet and harsh conditions.

SS-C SAFETY SWITCHES
SS-C safety switches are stand-alone electronic, non-contact, safety switches. With 2NO or 1NO + 1NC contacts, suitable for switching 500mA to 30Vdc or 110Vac.

ELECTRONIC SAFETY SWITCH | IP69K
The BZ series of non-contact steute electronic safety switches consists of a switch and a coded operating key. The safety switch has a thermoplastic housing and an IP69K protection rating.
Hall sensor
The differential outputs use an induction or hall sensor operating principle. The safety switch has high manipulation protection, internal monitoring and produces potential-free outputs.
