The power filter systems are equipped with an embedded web interface. With the web interface, it is possible to visualize measured values ​​and monitor filters without additional software.

Active dynamic filter - P25

The active dynamic and harmonic filter ADF P25 has a compact design and offers all the advantages of the existing P100. Despite the compact design, the active dynamic filter P25 is suitable for filtering out harmonic pollution, improving the cos phi and eliminating flicker and imbalance in smaller installations, control cabinets and machines. The P25 is suitable for wall mounting or for installation in a control panel.

Sensorless control

Sensorless control is possible for filtering out harmonics. Application of current transformers is then not necessary. Via Modbus TCP the active dynamic filter can be monitored in PLC or SCADA systems or can be linked via the (remote) monitoring systems of fortop. The many approvals such as UL, DNV and BV make the P25 the ideal filter for application in industrial and offshore applications.

Active dynamic filter - P100

The active dynamic filter P100 is the industrial, cost-effective standard for locations where space is scarce. The P100 can be used universally for filtering out harmonic pollution, improving the cos phi and eliminating flicker and imbalance. The filter is suitable for wall mounting and available in various capacities up to 150 A in a single unit. The active dynamic filters can be extended modularly to a maximum of 18 systems connected in parallel.

Connect the module to a PLC or SCADA system

Sensorless control is possible for filtering out harmonics. It is then not necessary to use current transformers. The unit can be connected to PLC or SCADA systems via the Modbus TCP port or can be linked via fortop's (remote) monitoring systems. Active dynamic and harmonic filter - P300

The ADF P300 is the ideal filter for use in industrial and offshore applications and is suitable for simultaneously eliminating harmonic, imbalance, poor cos-phi and flicker. The P300 is supplied in a Rittal cabinet and is available per cabinet in capacities from 90 to 360 A. By connecting the cabinets in parallel, the capacity can be expanded. Special versions such as IP43 and IP54, different cabinet colors and models are available on request.

Active dynamic/harmonic filter - P200/PPM200

The P200 is one of the fastest active filters in the world. The P200 eliminates harmonics to the 100th order and is the only filter capable of eliminating inter-harmonics, resonances and high-frequency pollution. No power transformers are required to apply the P200.

Through the use of renewable energy sources such as solar panels and wind turbines, more and more resonances, inter-harmonic and high-frequency disturbances will occur. Only the ADF P200 is able to resolve these malfunctions.

Fortop OEM packages

The fortop OEM packages consist of an OEM module (PPM300 or P200) and an OEM kit. The OEM kit contains all components for feeding and controlling your compensation system. The composition of the OEM kit depends on the application, structure and compensation capacity of your system.

With OEM modules and the OEM kit all conceivable systems can be put together. From a single PPM300 module to a system with 90 PPM300 modules and 18 control computers.

OEM package module PPM300

The ADF PPM300 is an OEM module, especially suitable for putting together your own compensation system. The PPM300 is suitable for filtering out harmonic pollution, improving the cos-phi, and eliminating flicker and imbalance. The active dynamic filter is suitable for mounting in your own distribution panel and is available up to a capacity of 120 A.

The OEM modules are available in air-cooled or water-cooled versions. In combination with the fortop OEM kit, systems can be assembled with a compensation capacity of up to 4MVar suitable for different power systems. The unit can be monitored in PLC or SCADA systems via the Modbus TCP port or can be linked via fortop's (remote) monitoring systems.
